Q : can lower back pain be the reason of internal piles?

Answer :  Hello Vivienne. We haven't been able to find any research that links low back pain to piles. Piles are usually caused due to excessive straining at the time of passing stools. If you have symptoms of piles then you must switch over to a high fibre diet, drink plenty of water and try moderate exercise, that you can handle with your back pain. Keeping your stool soft will reduce the pain and other symptoms associated with piles.
